A Day in the Role

You arrive at our well-equipped facility and kick off with a clear lesson plan aligned to our accredited curriculum. In the lab, you guide learners through hands-on exercises—troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and installation—coaching them to think like seasoned technicians. Throughout the day, you monitor progress, offer constructive feedback, and prepare students for certification exams. You collaborate with fellow faculty to refine labs, integrate new HVAC technologies, and continually improve the program.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging instruction in HVAC technologies following an accredited curriculum
  • Lead practical, hands-on training in fully outfitted labs
  • Foster a supportive learning environment focused on student growth
  • Track performance and provide timely, actionable feedback
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans to current industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with HVAC advances and best practices
  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance program effectiveness
  • Coach students toward industry certifications and job readiness

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
  • S1 or S2 license, or the ability to obtain an S license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • A knack for motivating and engaging adult learners
  • A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring
