Job Summary
We are seeking a parts office clerk to join our team! As a parts office clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. Your main job will be ordering and returning parts for HVAC/ refrigeration, and restaurant equipment. Experience in this type of work is required. The candidate must be able to multi-task and pay very close attention to detail. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills and must be a team player. 

Responsibilities 
  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Returning parts. 
  • Checking on parts past due that haven't come in. Contacting the customers paying close attention to detail.
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
  • Ordering parts for jobs. 
  • Receiving parts in.
  • Entering PO's and follow up with the report.
Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and ESC would be helpful but not mandatory.
