Job Summary
The HVAC/Plumbing Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. This position supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards. The HVAC/Plumbing Technician is expected to demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Depending on qualifications and experience, work may be performed independently or under the supervision of a senior technician. Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems, including components, controls, and refrigeration principles.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, irrigation, sewer systems, and backflow prevention principles and practices.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple work orders and meet deadlines.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
