In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships within the commercial HVAC sector. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to identify their needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance system efficiency, reliability, and overall performance.
Drive New Business Development
Proactively seek out new opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and targeted prospecting efforts. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline while following up on leads to convert them into customers.
Assess Customer Needs & Provide Solutions
Perform on-site evaluations to understand facility requirements, system performance, and budget considerations. Recommend HVAC solutions that align with both technical demands and client objectives.
Create & Present Proposals
Develop detailed and accurate proposals outlining scope, costs, and project timelines. Present solutions clearly and confidently while addressing client questions and emphasizing value.
Collaborate with Internal Teams
Work alongside estimators, project managers, and field technicians to ensure projects are scoped correctly and executed efficiently.
Maintain and Grow Client Relationships
Act as a trusted partner and main point of contact for customers. Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Achieve Sales Performance Goals
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through thoughtful planning, strong communication, and a customer-focused sales approach.
Stay Informed on Market Trends
Remain knowledgeable about emerging HVAC technologies, industry developments, and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the marketplace.
