HVAC experience (install and/or service)
Clean driving record (non-negotiable)
Pass background check & drug screening
Show up on time, work hard, be dependable
Install or supervise installation of:
Furnaces
Air conditioners
Heat pumps
Ductwork
Air handlers
Thermostats
Ventilation systems
