Position Summary: We're seeking a motivated Office Administrator who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced HVAC office, wearing many hats throughout the day. This role supports daily operations, including customer service, job coordination, billing, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. You'll work closely with leadership to help keep the team organized, responsive, and operating efficiently.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm
