About the Role:

As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Specialist, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities. This job is within the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
  • Fix equipment failures and define the best course of action for equipment modifications.
  • Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment. This includes electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, etc.
  • Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
  • Complete maintenance and repair records.
  • Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish tasks and tackle routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.
  • Model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within procedures and practices of CBRE to achieve objectives and meet efficiency expectations.
  • Explain complicated information to others in straightforward language.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver's License required.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complicated problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. Organized and Methodical with an inquisitive approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
