**About the role** **CBRE is hiring a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer** to support multiple commercial sites with expert care and fast fixes. As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Engineer, the technician will fix equipment issues, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work in a CMMS. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong problem-solving, and be physically capable of handling fast paced tasks. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What you'll do** + Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. + Address equipment failures to determine the best course of action for equipment modifications. The minimum salary for the HVAC Mobile Engineer position is $40 per hour and the maximum salary is $45 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
