What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems
• Assist experienced technicians on service calls and repairs
• Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential issues
• Clean and replace filters, check components, and ensure systems are running efficiently
• Communicate clearly with homeowners in a professional, friendly manner
• Keep accurate records of work performed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
