What You Can Expect to Earn

• $50,000 - $100,000+ annually (based on experience and performance)
• Hourly base + performance incentives
• We rarely experience major shoulder season slow downs.

Top performers here do very well. We're not shy about that.

JOB SUMMARY

This position performs service & maintenance on HVAC systems, performing duct cleanings and Aero sealing in a residential setting and occasionally light commercial settings.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform system evaluations and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
• Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic)
• Deliver a professional experience that builds trust-and repeat business

• HVAC experience (service preferred)
• Strong communication skills (this is a big one)

Must carry an B2,D2 or S2 license in the state of Connecticut

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
