Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician who wants to get their foot in the door of a growing, family-owned company and develop long-term skills in the HVAC industry. What You'll Earn

• $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Some occasional overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver a high-quality, professional experience to every customer
• Conduct routine inspections, cleanings, and basic diagnostics
• Work alongside experienced techs while building your skills and confidence
• Help keep our clients' homes comfortable and healthy year-round

What You Need

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• HVAC training or at least 6 months of hands-on experience
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School (preferred)
