THE BIG TASK
We’re looking for skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality residential service. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team where your technical skills and customer service both matter.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Perform residential HVAC tune-ups and system inspections with precision
Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every call
Accurately complete service invoices and job closeouts
Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Stay engaged in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications:
What you Bring:
1–2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License (or close to obtaining)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II preferred)
NATE Certifications (Core + specialties a plus)
Basic HVAC tools
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
