As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations on residential heating and cooling equipment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
- Inspect heating and cooling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Diagnose minor system issues and identify potential concerns before they become major repairs
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, condensers, compressors, and related components
- Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance needs, and energy-saving recommendations
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Identify opportunities to improve home comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality
- Accurately document maintenance findings, recommendations, and completed work
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Keep work areas, tools, and company vehicles clean and organized
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
- 0–2+ years of HVAC maintenance, service, or related mechanical experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems preferred
- EPA Certification and/or RMGA Certification preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
