Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an HVAC Maintenance Sales Manager in Las Vegas to lead the development and growth of commercial maintenance service accounts across the hospitality and commercial sectors.

Impact
Build a high-performing maintenance sales team that consistently meets revenue goals.
Expand the maintenance contract base across the Las Vegas hospitality and commercial market.
Drive customer retention through exceptional service delivery and account management.
Establish the company as a preferred maintenance partner for major commercial properties.

Responsibilities
Lead business development for commercial HVAC maintenance services across the region.
Develop strategic sales plans targeting hospitality, gaming, and commercial property segments.
Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance sales representatives.
Set and track team sales targets, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts.
Build executive-level relationships with property owners and facility directors.
Collaborate with operations leadership to align service capacity with sales growth.
Negotiate large-scale maintenance agreements and multi-site service contracts.
Analyze market data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
Must-Haves
5 or more years of HVAC or mechanical service sales experience with leadership responsibility.
Proven track record of growing a service sales portfolio or territory.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC maintenance and service operations.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the Las Vegas hospitality or gaming market.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
Existing network of commercial property contacts in Nevada.

Compensation and Logistics
