- Build relationships with property owners and facility directors
- Negotiate large maintenance agreements and analyze market data
Requirements
- 5+ years in HVAC or mechanical service sales with leadership experience
- Proven success in growing service portfolios
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC maintenance
- Excellent leadership and CRM skills

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
