What You'll Be Doing
As an HVAC Installer with Anywhere Rooter, you will be a crucial part of our service delivery, ensuring our customers' climate control systems are installed perfectly and running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
• Installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings with precision and expertise.
• Removing old equipment safely and preparing installation sites in accordance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Testing newly installed systems for proper operation, checking refrigerant levels, electrical connections, and airflow.
• Communicating effectively with customers, walking them through their new system operations, thermostat programming, and maintenance expectations.
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean work area and a positive experience from start to finish.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and industry standards, maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.
• Managing your workload efficiently, including documentation of services performed, equipment registered, and parts used.
• Collaborating with team members and management to ensure seamless service delivery and total customer satisfaction.
