Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Certification, NATE Certification)
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
