We are looking for 1-2 HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team! Your role will be to install new & replace existing heating and air conditioning systems & ductwork, mini-splits & heat pumps for our metro-west based customers in Wellesley, Weston, Newton, Needham, Chestnut Hill, Natick & other surrounding towns. A positive attitude is a must!

Primary Responsibilities:

Install heat pumps, gas furnaces and air conditioning systems
Install mini-splits & ducted heat pumps
Install ductwork in homes
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Secondary Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventative maintenance (as needed)
Respond to emergency requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Valid Drivers License
EPA Certification
