HVAC Installation Technician
Location: Panama City, FL and surrounding areas (Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties)
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
$50 bonus for each installation that passes quality control inspection!

Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Test and verify system performance
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation methods and safety practices
- EPA Certification preferred
- NATE Certification is a plus
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors
