Job Description:
We are looking for motivated HVAC Helpers to assist on a short-term project at an apartment complex undergoing renovations. This role is hands-on and primarily involves demoing old ductwork, cleaning the area, and preparing for new installations. No prior HVAC experience is required—just the ability to work hard and follow instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tear out old ductwork and carry materials to designated disposal areas.
- Clean and prep work areas for installation crews.
- Assist installers as needed to keep the project on schedule.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
