- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
2+ years of experience supporting HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or facilities systems - Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in building infrastructure
- Experience working with contractors, engineering firms, or construction environments preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, chillers, water systems, plumbing, generators, or mechanical equipment
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel approximately 10%
- Valid driver’s license
- Support development and continuous improvement of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing standards across multiple facilities
- Partner with construction teams during equipment installations, expansions, renovations, and building upgrades
- Coordinate with engineering firms, architects, and contractors to ensure projects meet internal standards and specifications
- Review engineering assessments and provide recommendations for new systems and infrastructure improvements
- Assist with construction budgeting, invoice review, and project documentation
- Support HVAC systems including chillers, cooling systems, water pumping, temperature control, and related mechanical infrastructure
- Manage assigned projects from planning through completion while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule expectations
- Support maintenance and reliability of existing facilities while also contributing to new construction initiatives
- Travel to facilities as needed across North America
