Job Details

We are seeking an HVAC Division Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of our HVAC division. In this essential role, you will be responsible for overseeing division leadership, managing financial performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will supervise, guide, train, and mentor division personnel while conducting performance evaluations and participating in hiring decisions. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of all HVAC-related projects and service operations, contributing to our strategic growth initiatives. This is an in-office position, and we do not offer a remote or hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor division leadership and staff, including Project Managers, Service Managers, Foremen, and Technicians, to foster a high-performing team.
  • Develop and manage division budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals and conducting regular financial review meetings.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements across construction and service operations.
  • Hold regular meetings with Project Managers and Service leadership to assess job performance and progress, providing executive-level updates on division - performance and challenges.
  • Ensure all HVAC/MEP work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols while establishing quality control measures across all projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant HVAC/MEP experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction practices, service operations, and applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and oversee multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in construction/project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
