What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitoring live service calls and assigning/adjusting work orders as jobs complete

  • Coordinating return trips for parts availability and follow-ups

  • Maintaining technician on-call schedules

  • Updating customer records and notes in ServiceTitan CRM

  • Communicating clearly with customers and field teams throughout the day

  • Optimizing routes using the Nexstar dispatch process

  • Keeping the board moving anticipating delays, parts needs, and customer priorities

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in a service industry

  • Advanced customer service skills with professional, polished communication

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize under pressure

  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities

  • Geographic knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills

  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred

  • 5+ years combined customer service and dispatching experience

  • HVAC industry knowledge

  • ServiceTitan CRM experience

  • Familiarity with Nexstar dispatch training

Compensation

$40,000 $60,000 per year
