We specialize in helping homeowners and businesses find cost-effective comfort solutions, whether they are installing a new HVAC or IAQ system, maintaining existing equipment, or expanding their current setup.
Synairgy Mechanical is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations, scheduling, customer communication, and service coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying ahead of details, communicating clearly with customers and technicians, and helping keep a busy HVAC service department running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, professional manner
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and support maintenance schedules
- Maintain purchase order number lists and assist with supplier coordination
- Follow up on scheduled jobs to ensure completion or rescheduling when needed
- Maintain communication with technicians in the field
- Assist the Service Manager with estimates and administrative support
- Maintain email communication and help keep office systems organized
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably in HVACR, contracting, building services, or a related field
- Excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, arithmetic, and business writing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under time-sensitive and backlog pressure for extended periods
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to help ensure prompt and timely receipt of materials
Pay and Benefits
- Full-Time. W-2 Employment
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
