HVAC Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with flexibility during peak seasons

We are a growing, established HVAC company seeking a highly organized HVAC Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our office operations team. This role is essential to keeping daily service operations running efficiently by managing customer communication, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technician dispatch. You will serve as the primary connection between customers and field technicians, helping ensure exceptional service, efficient scheduling, and smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound customer calls, schedule service appointments, and assist with service-related inquiries
• Coordinate daily dispatch scheduling based on technician availability, service area, and job urgency
• Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and adjust appointments as needed
• Communicate real-time updates between customers and field staff
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, urgent requests, and service delays efficiently
• Maintain accurate scheduling, customer, and service records
• Support office operations while contributing to overall team efficiency

What You Bring:
• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with dispatch software, CRM platforms, or scheduling systems preferred
