Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. 

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Key Responsibilities: 

•  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, VAV systems, and Geo Systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
• Test electrical components such as capacitors, relays, motors, and controls
• Identify worn or defective components and recommend repairs or replacements
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and preventative maintenance recommendations

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Preferred Qualifications: 

HVAC trade school or technical training

Compensation:

• This position is hourly. Yearly potential earnings between $80,000 to $130,000!!
