Responsibilities
Conduct in‑home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions
- Educate customers on HVAC system options, efficiency, and long‑term value
Build customized quotes and guide customers through the sales process from initial visit to installation
Follow up with homeowners to ensure clarity, satisfaction, and project progression
Stay current with HVAC technologies, trends, and best practices
Maintain professionalism and uphold Reimer’s reputation for honesty and reliability
Qualifications
Positive, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused mindset
Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
Integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Coachable and eager to learn new sales techniques
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and move equipment and work in outdoor environments
HVAC sales experience preferred, but not required
