As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend customized comfort solutions that fit their home and budget. You will assess existing HVAC systems, explain equipment and financing options, build trust through a consultative sales approach, and guide customers through the purchasing process with professionalism and integrity. Rather than spending time prospecting, your focus will be on serving qualified buyers and working alongside a highly skilled installation team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous in-home sales experience required
• HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, bath remodeling, or other home improvement sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales ethically
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing financing and investment options
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
