About This Role
We're looking for a seasoned HVAC Service Technician with proven leadership experience who's ready to take on the challenge of being an AssistantService Manager. You'll play a key role in building out our service operations.
What You'll Do
- Support a team of HVAC service technicians
- Support the service manager in overseeing daily service operations and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
- Experience managing projects and leading small teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a long-term impact
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
