responsibilities:

• System Design: Design commercial HVAC and plumbing systems, focusing on data centers, healthcare, and commercial projects (plumbing design expertise is highly prioritized).
  
  
• Full-Cycle Project Support: Drive Design-Build and Design-Assist project delivery from conceptual design and budgeting through construction and closeout.
  
  
• Technical Execution: Perform engineering calculations, system sizing, layout development, and equipment selection using AutoCAD MEP, Revit, and load calculation tools.
  
  
• Compliance & Constructability: Ensure all designs comply with relevant mechanical, plumbing, and safety codes, while reviewing for installation efficiency and operational performance.
  
  
• Collaboration & Field Support: Partner closely with internal teams, architects, and field leadership to resolve design challenges and conduct necessary site visits.

• Experience level: Experienced
