As a Training Instructor, you will design and deliver training programs for various personnel levels, develop assessments and visual aids, and evaluate training effectiveness. You will stay updated on learning theories and incorporate new methods, develop in-house and e-learning programs, and potentially oversee contractors or vendors.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 6 years or a Master's with 4 years of relevant experience, experience teaching both in-person and online, and familiarity with course management technology. Candidates should have related educational backgrounds, especially in business, drafting, ship construction, or communication fields.
