HR Training Coordinator 

REPORTS TO: HR Director

POSITION SUMMARY :

Responsible for essential Human Resource onboarding and administrative tasks in relation to Home Health Aide training requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal, time management, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Be self motivated and should need minimal supervision.
  • Be detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Welcome new employees and assist with completing new hire paperwork.
  • Review and audit new hire paperwork for accuracy, as needed.
  • Create new hire training accounts, assign required coursework, and monitor employee progress.
  • Ensure new hires are in compliance with IDOH regulations regarding Tuberculosis testing.
  • Assist with coordinating the completion of Home Health Aide tests.
  • Collaborate with RN Trainer to schedule new hires for competency skills checkoff.
  • Deliver EMR end-user overview training to new hires.
  • Assist with monthly in-service completion requirements.
  • Provide overall support to new hires through the onboarding process.
  • Assist with new hire inquires related to Human Resources, as needed.
