Job Type: Full-Time On-site (not hybrid or remote) located in Huntingdon TN

The Human Resources Team Leader leads the HR team and human resources services on location. You will use your skills and knowledge to guide your team, support employees, and help build a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Core Responsibilities of our Human Resources Team Leader / Supervisor:

  • Coach, develop, and mentor the high-performing human resources team.
  • Provide human resource advice, counsel, and decisions to the company.
  • Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local legal requirements.
  • Maintaining and enforcing company policies.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of human resource experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in human resources, strong leadership capabilities
