Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving conflicts
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and professional development programs
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist:
- Proven experience in an HR role preferred
- Bilingual – Spanish
