We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in supporting HR functions across a distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating virtual interviews
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and time tracking
Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and procedures
Track employee performance, evaluations, and training initiatives
Generate HR reports and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment compliance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Experience with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience supporting a remote or international workforce
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
