This role supports the full hiring lifecycle, onboarding, HR data management, policy and records maintenance, surveys, reporting, and department administration. The position also assists with HR projects, job fairs, and serves as the recruiting team's social media administrator, ensuring timely and engaging communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a service‑oriented mindset.
