POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting Nashville Record Pressing's employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance initiatives, policy administration, performance management support, and workforce analytics. Reporting directly to the HR Lead, this position serves as the primary resource for employee relations matters while partnering with leaders to promote accountability, consistency, and compliance throughout the organization.

We are looking for a highly organized, objective, and solutions-oriented HR professional who can effectively balance employee advocacy with business needs while ensuring company policies and employment practices are applied consistently and fairly.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace concerns.

· Conduct workplace investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, misconduct allegations, and performance concerns.

· Prepare investigation findings and provide recommendations to leadership.

· Advise managers regarding corrective action, disciplinary processes, and performance management.

· Promote leadership accountability through coaching and guidance on employee relations best practices.

· Interpret and administer company policies and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

· Maintain employee relations documentation and investigation records.

· Conduct compliance reviews and HR audits as assigned.

· Analyze turnover, attendance, and workforce trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Support recruiting and workforce planning initiatives as needed.

· Assist with onboarding and employee orientation activities.

· Provide guidance to employees regarding workplace concerns, policies, and available resources.

· Partner with leadership to proactively identify and address workplace issues.

Physical Demands

· Sedentary, office-based role requiring the ability to operate standard office equipment.

· Position requires sitting at a desk for the majority of the workday while also regularly walking throughout the facility.

· Substantially repetitive movements of the arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.

· Required to have visual acuity to review reports, analyze data, and utilize computer systems.

· Position requires frequent interaction with employees throughout manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.
