Requirements

  • Onboarding new employees and implementing training programs punctuated.
  • Maintain employee relationship engagement after onboarding .Follow up with clients/internal employees within one business days.
  • Help employees maintain positive relationships with their coworkers and employers. Always remain professional when communicating with clients and other staff members.
  • Must submit E-Verify, cloud screening and insurance enrollment within 3 days of hiring without reminders.
  • Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels according to the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
  • Represent the organization in a responsible and professional manner.
  • Independently to maintain and develop HR policies. Take initiative on starting new projects and creating new ideas that can benefit the company. Maintained a good record of immigration progress for all the candidates.
  • Quick learning ability and adapt to develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
  • Implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for the achievement of the company’s objectives and goals.
  • Focus on motivating employees by implementing team-building activities or other employee engagement initiatives that help boost morale and improve cooperation.
  • Updating employee handbooks and communicating changes across the workforce via email notices, posts to internal company portals or holding meetings to answer questions or concerns.
  • Helping employees with work-related issues including but not limited to sexual harassment, discrimination, and other complaints.
  • Keep personal internet and cell phone usage to a minimum during work hours. Should be on time for work ensures operations run smoothly.
  • Respect each other. Work with honesty and integrity.

  • Organize Company events.
  • Make sure the reporting structure is update in Paychex whenever there are personnel change.
  • Make suggestions to leadership team for compliance and policy updates.
