Partners For Quality Inc. is a private, non-profit social services organization based in Robinson Township with a satellite office in the East Hills area. We are the administrative parent company to 5 subsidiaries and are responsible for the Fiscal, Payroll, HR, IT and support services to each. Our subsidiaries include Allegheny Childrens Initiative, Citizen Care, Exceptional Adventures, Milestone Centers and the PFQ Foundation. Through these subsidiaries, we provide community based supports and services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges in Allegheny County.
Responsibilities:Responsible to the Talent Acquisition Manager for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and managing/maintaining human resources records. All responsibilities shall be completed in a manner consistent with the Vision, Mission and Values of Partners For Quality, Inc.
1. Fielding employment inquiries, processing calls, resumes and applications regarding employment
2. Coordinating the interview schedule, conducting phone screens, and preparing overall support for the interview process
3. Completes applicant processing including driving, exclusion, and professional / employment reference checks
4. Processing and tracking employee referrals bonuses
5. Assist with onboarding new employees
a. Update, organize and check accuracy of hew hire paperwork
b. Create new hire personnel and medical files
c. Order ID badges and make key cards
d. Assist training team with technical support, including enrollment of online training programs
6. Database entry and report generation into Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
7. Overall maintenance of a comprehensive personnel record system including employment, medical and training files
8. Process temporary agency staff for subsidiaries
a. Review and approve all credentials; communicate with subsidiary management teams
b. Run weekly credential reports, send to temporary staffing agency
9. Process requests for release of information
10. Provide performance and attendance reports for managers/supervisors
11. Other related duties as may be required

Qualifications:1. High School diploma
2. One (1) year experience with computers and clerical work, preferred within an HR setting
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; prior customer service preferred
4. Friendly and professional demeanor
5. Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software
6. Good organizational skill
7. Great attention to detail
8. Ability to maintain high level of integrity, confidentiality, and trust
9. Prior database and / or HRIS experience, strongly preferred
10. Valid PA, Ohio, WC Driver’s License
11. Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances, as needed

PFQ’s management services include Fiscal (including payroll), HR, IT and Communications – thus allowing subsidiaries to focus on their day-to-day priorities. Our subsidiaries include Allegheny Children’s Initiative, Citizen Care, Exceptional Adventures, Milestone Centers and the Partners For Quality Foundation. Through these subsidiaries, we provide community-based supports and services to 5,000 adults and children with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges in Allegheny County.
Allegheny Children’s Initiative provides mental and behavioral health community-based services to children, adolescents and families throughout Allegheny County. Based in Pittsburgh’s South Side, we provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services, Service Coordination, Student Assistance, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Family Based Mental Health programs. ACI has earned certification from the Council On Accreditation.
Citizen Care Inc. provides residential, day program, habilitation, supported employment opportunities and behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a non-profit organization, accredited by the Council on Quality & Leadership. Citizen Care has locations throughout the West Hills and South Hills of Allegheny County.
Exceptional Adventures has more than 40 years of experience providing vacation opportunities, social events and monthly dances for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our recreational and travel programs are designed to support guests in a wide variety of activities. Organized trips include motor coach, flight, train and cruise packages which are offered year-round.
Milestone Centers supports individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Our Agency oversees 20 residential settings, two outpatient offices, three adult training facilities, a prevocational enterprise program, a consumer drop-in center, habilitation services, and two Health Care Quality Units in Butler and Warren, which train professionals in 18 counties. Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care.
The Partners For Quality Foundation conducts fundraising for all organizational services and supports. Partners For Quality Inc. receives operating funds through various sources, private gifts, grants and special events helping the agency go “above and beyond” basic needs. The Foundation’s goal is to build and strengthen PFQ’s support resources to supplement government dollars.
