The Opportunity:
The Human Resources School Partner will report directly to the Executive Director of Human Resources and will have the following
Key responsibilities:
School-Based HR Support & Employee Relations
Talent Acquisition & Vacancy Management
Onboarding, Orientation & Licensure
Labor Relations
College & Community Partnerships
HR Data & Process Improvement
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)/Accountability Office
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the schools, district, and HR office.

Terms of Employment: This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. As an exempt employee, this position is not eligible for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Manager's level benefits package.
