Job Description

The Human Resources Representative will support the HR department by providing exemplary service.

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate team

member. Answers general questions about human resources in order to

provide quick solutions to general questions.

  • Provide a high level of customer service in a friendly, professional, and

timely manner. Process employment-related paperwork, including data

input into the company's HR systems.

  • Review employment-related paperwork to ensure proper completion,

obtain necessary supporting documents, and ensure full compliance with

all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and Company policies.

  • Maintain an accurate and complete filing system.
  • Retrieve and distribute mail in a timely fashion.
  • Create, print and distribute reports as prescribed and/or requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred with

experience in customer service and high-volume call routing.

  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and in the

operation of standard office equipment and software.

  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or

certifications.
