We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Representative to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment. You will manage a variety of HR functions, from onboarding new hires to administering benefits and supporting organizational development efforts. Duties

  • Facilitate talent acquisition processes including recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and policies
  • Answer Benefits and Payroll Questions
  • Build rapport and foster relationships with employees
  • Conduct performance management activities such as employee evaluation, training & development initiatives, and succession planning to promote continuous growth
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations including OSHA standards and FMLA policies
  • Assist in organizational design and change management projects to support strategic planning efforts and workforce optimization

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years proven experience in Human Resources no degree required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting tasks.
