The Human Resources Representative is responsible for supporting talent acquisition efforts across Morongo Casino Resort & Spa while providing administrative, HRIS, and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. This role plays a key part in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring the timely processing of personnel transactions. The Human Resources Representative builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensures recruitment and HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the resort's staffing needs and service standards.
