Human Resources Reporting Analyst
The Human Resources Reporting Analyst reports to the Director, Benefits & HRIS and supports a
manufacturing organization with a large hourly and multi-site workforce. This role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and data integrity of HRIS platforms Workday (onboarding,
demographics, performance management) Dayforce (time and attendance, payroll), as well as third-party benefits carrier integrations, while also supporting all employee benefit programs to ensure
accurate system configuration, compliance, reporting and invoicing.
The position serves as a key liaison for the HRIS and Benefits team to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle processing, a positive employee experience, and will support all employee benefit programs by ensuring accurate reporting and invoicing. This position will be well suited for a highly motivated critical thinker who is eager to learn and grow across both HRIS technology and benefits administration, and who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or a closely related field. Applicable experience in place of educational requirement would be accepted.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, benefits administration,
payroll, or a related role (including internships
