Position Description

SALARY/ PAY:$56,000- $64,000 Annually. (This is a salaried/exempt position.) (Wagedetermined by experience verified by references and upon completion ofinterview).

SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

(HumanResources Recruiter position role, mainly but not limited to;)

This position reports toDirector of Safety & Human Resources, and Upper Management.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Post job openings, screen applicants, conduct interviews,and create job offers.
• Support HR in the onboardingprocess with orientations, paperwork, etc.
• Support HR in the offboardingprocess with termination letters, exit interviews, etc.
• Learn and be well versed inemployee benefits and company policies & procedures. Assist employees inthese categories.
• Maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information with discretion. This includes acting as a companyprivacy officer.
• Assist HR in all improvementsand implementation of improvements and new policies.
• Show compliance with HRemployment laws and regulations.
• Support Safety as a vital partof the company culture.
• Represent the company at jobsfairs, technical colleges, and other recruiting opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years of direct HRexperience.
• Excellent verbal & writtencommunication skills.
• Organized with attention todetail and accuracy.
• Proficient with MicrosoftOffice.
• Knowledge of State and FederalHR / Employment laws & regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience in the ConstructionIndustry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Underground UtilityConstruction & applicable roles is a plus.
• HR Certification is also aplus.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Abilityto read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos,& the ability to write correspondence with use of strong language skills.
• Abilityto add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using wholenumbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, &percent.
• Toperform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and usekeyboards accurately and have knowledge of database software, internetsoftware, payroll software systems, spreadsheet software, and word processingsoftware.

This position requires at least 2 years ofHR experience.

EXPECTATIONS:

Thisis a FULL-TIME position with the expected working hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm.Some work may be required outside these hours. This position offers a flexible schedulewith approval from Upper Management. Attendance is an essential function ofthis job. A successful candidate must possess a good work ethic and a sense ofurgency in completing all job duties in a timely manner. A successful candidate will also adhere tocompany policies and procedures regarding sick leave and vacation time.

-Occasionaltravel to Salt Lake City or Malad Idaho may be required, and details can benegotiated upon employment.
