Human Resources Partner Generalist Senior The University of Alabama at Birmingham General Responsibilities: This HR Partner Generalist Senior position supports the Office of Research, a large and complex organization with more than 200 employeesacross a broad range of roles. The position is designed for an experienced HR professional who enjoys pairing strong people skills with thoughtful problem-solving and is comfortable working with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization. The role focuses on supporting recruitment, advising leaders on employee relations and performance management, assisting with salary and equity reviews, and helping bring consistency and structure to HR processes and communication. This position works closely with central HR and the Office of Research's internal finance team to ensure alignment with university policies and procedures. This is an ideal role for someone who is ready to grow as an HR leader, values collaboration, and is interested in developing their leadership skills within a research-focused, mission-driven environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Salary Pay Range: $52,555 – $75,000
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven (7) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for the education requirement. Preferred related experience:
