Job Summary
The Human Resources Operations Manager for Human Resources serves as a key operational and administrative leader within the Office of Human Resources. This position is responsible for overseeing departmental business operations, budget administration, purchasing activities, administrative support functions, front desk operations, and organizational coordination activities. The role works closely with HR leadership to ensure effective management of resources, exceptional customer service, and operational efficiency across the department.
This position also coordinates major departmental initiatives and employee engagement activities, including service awards programming, annual employee giving campaigns, website content management, and organizational reporting updates.
