Schedule: M-F Onsite 8-5pm

Description:

The HR Operations & Compliance Lead is responsible for leading core human resources operations across the organization, ensuring efficient delivery of human resources services,regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. This role serves as the primary owner of HR systems, benefits administration, compliance programs, and employee support services. The position partners closely with leadership to align HR operations with business objectives, enhance workforce effectiveness, and maintain a compliant and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Oversee daily HR operations across all locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational initiatives
• Monitor and analyze HR and Talent Team KPIs; drive accountability and continuous improvement
• Administer company-wide benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Lead the annual open enrollment process from planning through execution
• Approve and audit benefit elections for accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile monthly vendor billing and resolve discrepancies
• Serve as the primary liaison for benefits providers and brokers
• HR Systems (HRIS) & Reporting
• Serve as the Paycom lead, managing system configuration, optimization, and data integrity
• Oversee employee system access, security, and user support
• Partner with Payroll to resolve system integration issues
• Develop and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
• Train staff on HR systems and maintain documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Manage required filings and reporting (ACA, 1095-C, EEO-1, OSHA 300, etc.)
• Oversee workers' compensation program, including claim tracking and reporting
• Administer DOT and non-DOT compliance programs (as applicable)
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
• Oversee badging and access control processes for employees, tenants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with airport authority and federal security regulations
• Coordinate with external agencies and regulatory bodies as needed
• Effectively manage and optimize day-to-day HR functions, processes, and service delivery
• Maintains deep understanding of employment laws and ensures organizational compliance
• Leverages HR systems and data to drive efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making
• Effectively manages employee benefits programs and external vendor relationships
• Analyzes complex issues and develops practical, compliant solutions
• Provides clear, professional, and responsive support to employees and leadership
• Effectively plans, prioritizes, and executes multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Reporting Relationship

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis in operations, benefits, or compliance
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Must have Paycom experience (running reports, etc)
• Experience administering HRIS platforms including Paycom Admin Level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in multi-site or highly regulated environments (e.g., aviation, transportation)
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
• Advanced HRIS or reporting expertise
• Additional Eligibility Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
