Job Description

Lead People. Drive Culture. Own the Site.

At Cabinetworks Group, we believe great HR leaders don't sit behind a desk, they build relationships, solve problems, develop leaders, and create environments where team members can thrive.

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused HR Manager to serve as the primary HR leader for our Sayre manufacturing facility. This is not a traditional HR Generalist role. This is an opportunity to own a site, influence business decisions, partner directly with operations leadership, and make a visible impact on the team member experience every day.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships across all levels of an organization, and are energized by solving problems and driving change, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do

As the HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership while leading all aspects of Human Resources for the site.

You'll:

  • Partner closely with manufacturing leaders to drive team member engagement, performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead team member relations efforts, coaching leaders through challenges while fostering a positive and productive culture.
  • Serve as the local expert on employment law, policy interpretation, compliance, and workplace investigations.
  • Drive talent initiatives including onboarding, development planning, succession discussions, and leadership development.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead HR projects that strengthen the team member experience.
  • Use data, insights, and sound judgment to make recommendations and influence business decisions.
  • Champion company culture and ensure HR programs are effectively implemented and sustained.
  • Build trust and credibility across the organization by being visible, accessible, and action oriented.

Be Where the Work Happens

We believe the best HR leaders are connected to the people they support.

A minimum of 30% of your time will be spent on the production floor, building relationships with team members, understanding operational challenges, coaching leaders, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and performance.

What Makes This Role Different

This role offers the opportunity to:

Own the HR function for a manufacturing site

Partner directly with plant leadership and influence business outcomes

Make decisions and operate with a high level of autonomy

Gain visibility across the organization

Build experience that can accelerate your career into larger HR leadership opportunities

Have a direct impact on culture, engagement, retention, and organizational success

Who Will Thrive Here

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly relationship-oriented and naturally connects with people.
  • Comfortable influencing leaders and navigating complex situations.
  • Self-directed and confident making decisions with limited oversight.
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Driven by impact, ownership, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing, operations, healthcare, logistics, distribution, or other high-volume work environments.
  • Strong team member relations, coaching, and leadership partnership experience.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across the organization.

Why Cabinetworks Group?

At Cabinetworks Group, we are building more than cabinets, we are building teams, careers, and opportunities.

Ownership. Visibility. Impact. Growth.

If you're ready to step into a role where your decisions matter, your voice is heard, and your work directly influences the success of a manufacturing operation, we'd love to meet you.

We're not looking for someone to process HR transactions. We're looking for someone who wants to lead, influence, and make a difference.
