We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our award-winning government services operations. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated individual with a passion for Human Resources combined with the desire and energy to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth environment.

At Integrity, Human Resources is a trusted advisor and partner to managers and employees. The HR team reports to our Chief Strategy Officer and includes the HR Manager and an HR Administrator. This is a hybrid position, working remotely for four days, and in person in our Tysons, VA headquarters one day per week. We currently have 85+ employees and are growing.

The HR Manager oversees all day-to-day HR operations and ensures full compliance with federal, state, and contract-specific requirements. This role partners with leadership and program managers to support an engaged workforce, manage employee relations, administer employee benefits, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Recruiting is managed separately, but the HR team collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative partner with Executive Leadership to provide guidance and strategic objectives to align with the organization's mission.
  • Manage the HR Administrator position.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Update and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, reporting and HR system integrity.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee concerns, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Analyze market trends and advise management on key metrics. Develop reports as requested.
  • Oversee compensation policies and practices.
  • Manage open enrollment, vendor relationships, employee questions, benefit data systems, and benefit plan invoices.
  • Spearhead and manage new hire offer creation and onboarding processes, terminations, and exit processes.
  • Support managers with evaluations, coaching, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and track compliance and leadership team training.
  • Oversee the maintenance of personnel files, training records, and documentation for audits.
  • Develop and execute an annual Strategic HR Plan and lead strategic activities.
  • Maintain performance management system.
  • Maintain a highly engaged workforce through effective employee pulse checks and annual employee engagement surveys.
  • Maintain HR systems and the HR Intranet site.
  • Lead the development and publication of the monthly HR newsletter.
  • Oversee the planning of company employee events.
  • Oversee the Company rewards and recognition program.
  • Manage the Company wellness program.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources (preferred) or years of experience in lieu of.
  • Active HR certification (SHRM, HCRI) is strongly desired.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years relevant HR experience with demonstrated responsibility increasing over time.
  • Strong business knowledge, acumen, and experience within Professional Services/Government Contracting industry.
